LEMGAMES.io Tournament Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANCE NOTICE
These Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations, limitations of liability, and assumptions of risk. By participating in any tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate. These Terms are subject to applicable Consumer Protection Laws and are qualified where necessary to ensure compliance.
1. Definitions
• Promoter: Powered by Lemon LLC – the for-profit company that operates and maintains the tournament infrastructure.
• Platform: LEMGAMES.io – a fee-to-play gaming website that accepts only BOOST Token (BEP-20) on Binance Smart Chain. BOOST collected is either awarded as prizes or burned. The platform retains no profitfrom BOOST.
• BOOST Token: A BEP-20 token used exclusively on the LEMGAMES.io platform. It is deflationary, with unawarded tokens permanently burned.
• Sponsor: Game Boost – a technology licensor that provides tournament engine infrastructure to Powered by Lemon LLC.
• Fee-to-Play: Some tournaments may require BOOST Token to enter. No fiat is accepted, and no BOOST is collected as company revenue.
2. Heading
Powered by Lemon LLC hosts crypto-native, skill-based tournaments on LEMGAMES.io. These tournaments operate on BOOST Token rewards and are supported by decentralized promotion and community funding.
3. Promotion Plans

• Gameplay Mechanics
• How to Play are listed in the Tournaments – How to Play section on the website.
4. Eligibility
To participate, users must:
• Be a registered user of the platform;
• Be at least 18 years of age to comply with play-to-earn legal requirements;

• Comply with their local laws regarding play-to-earn platforms and crypto-based rewards.
5. BOOST Token Use & Prizes
5.1 BOOST-only Platform:
All entry fees and prizes are transacted in BOOST Token. No fiat is accepted or processed.
• Winners are determined based on leaderboard score.
• Ties are broken by most recent entry.
• Users may win multiple tournaments with no limits or restrictions.
5.3 No Profit from BOOST:
• BOOST Tokens collected as entry fees are 100% distributed as prizes or burned.

5.4 BOOST Token Burn Policy:
• Any BOOST Tokens not awarded are permanently burned, removing them from circulation and creating a deflationary reward model.
5.5 Winner Contact and Verification:
• Winners will be contacted using the phone number or contact method provided at registration.
• If the winner is unreachable or declines the prize within this period, the prize may be subject to a redraw.
• If contact is made but delivery is delayed, Promoter will make further contact attempts for two (2) additional daysbefore prize is forfeited.
• Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and address to claim prizes.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withhold prizes until satisfactory verification is received.
6. Registration & Profile Management
• Users must register using the Join Now/Register feature on the platform.
• Users may delete their profile at any time through the My Profile section.
7. Platform Funding Model
• LEMGAMES.io is funded solely through community-supported ad placements.
• No ad revenue is tied to BOOST Token activity or tournament prizes.
• Advertising proceeds go toward platform maintenance, game development, and operational costs.
8. Community Marketing
• LEMGAMES.io and its tournaments are promoted globally by the Lemon ecosystem via:
* Decentralized social media
* Lemon-powered dApps
* Community-led marketing campaigns
• Users’ leaderboard rankings, usernames, and achievements may be featured unless the user explicitly opts out.
9. Amendments of Terms
• The Promoter may change or update these Terms at any time.
• Updates will be posted on the LEMGAMES.io website.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Subject to applicable Consumer Protection Law, the Promoter and Sponsor are not liable for:
• Network outages, blockchain delays, or wallet issues;
• Prize delivery failures caused by incorrect user wallet information;
• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from platform use.
BOOST Token transactions are final and irreversible.
11. Indemnity
By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, Sponsor, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from:
• Your participation in tournaments;
• Use or receipt of BOOST Tokens;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Non-compliance with local regulations.
12. Fraud & Termination
• Users found engaging in cheating, bots, or manipulation may be disqualified and banned.
• The Promoter reserves the right to suspend tournaments or user access for security or compliance reasons.
13. Legal Notice
• LEMGAMES.io is a blockchain-based, play-to-earn platform.
• It does not accept or process fiat, and it does not offer investment products or financial services.
• Users are solely responsible for compliance with local tax and crypto laws.
